Official Rules
1. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or treatment is required to enter or win. Purchasing a product or treatment does not improve your chances of winning.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Lips Boutique® by J.K.A. and members of their immediate households are not eligible.
3. How to Enter
To enter:
- Visit Lips Boutique® & Beauty Lab at 2570 Yonge Street, Toronto during regular business hours. No appointment, purchase or treatment is necessary.
- Take a selfie at our mirror.
- Post the photo publicly to your Instagram or TikTok account and tag @lipsboutiquebyjka in the post.
- Your account must be public at the time of the draw for your entry to be verified.
One entry per person for the duration of the Contest Period.
4. Prize
One (1) prize: a curated Lips Boutique® & Beauty Lab gift collection with an approximate retail value of $1,000 CAD, consisting of professional skincare products, spa and laser services, and lifestyle gift items. The prize does not include injectable treatments or any prescription product.
The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or substituted except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute any component with one of equal or greater value. Services included in the prize must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of the draw date and are subject to consultation and suitability assessment. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternative service of equal value where a service is not clinically appropriate for the winner.
5. Draw and Winner Selection
The winner will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries on November 26, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. ET at the Sponsor’s premises. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Skill-Testing Question
Before being declared the winner and receiving the prize, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor.
7. Winner Notification
The selected entrant will be contacted by direct message, email, or telephone using the contact information associated with their entry. The selected entrant must respond, answer the skill-testing question correctly, and sign a declaration and release within five (5) business days of first notification. If the selected entrant cannot be reached, declines the prize, fails the skill-testing question, or does not comply with these Rules, the entry will be void and another entrant will be selected.
8. Use of Entries
By entering, you agree that the Sponsor may repost or share your public entry photo on the Sponsor’s own social media accounts, with credit to your account handle. You may withdraw this permission at any time by contacting the Sponsor. Entry photos will not be used in advertising as depictions of treatment results.
9. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or does not comply with these Rules, and to cancel, amend, or suspend the Contest should circumstances require, subject to any approval required by law.
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or TikTok. Entrants release these platforms from any liability in connection with the Contest.
