Benefits of HyalUronic Acid Fillers

  • The amount of injected substance is precisely measured, which means the results you have in mind can be closely controlled.

  • The injection can be administered in phases, so you can easily build up the look to match your expectations.

  • Any unlikely lumps and bumps that could occur with this type of treatment dissolve effortlessly. Sometimes movement of the lips causes slight bumps and displacement, but with this type of treatment you can rest assured that they will disappear leaving your lips balanced and even.

  • Less bruising and swelling compared to other dermal fillers.

  • Chance of an allergic reaction is unlikely, as hyaluronic acid fillers are made from substances similar to those found in the body. However, it is always best to talk to your doctor about any potential treatment.

More about Hyaluronic Acid

Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is a natural ingredient in living organisms. In fact, our skin houses up to 56% HA, as it plays a crucial role in our skin regeneration, keeping it plump and supple. This compound is injected into the mid to deep dermis in order to treat moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds. Being a copy of a natural occurring molecule, the result is not permanent and has a very low chance for complications. Depending on the product, dermal fillers can last 6 to 18 months – a much safer option than semi-permanent or permanent fillers.

More about botox

Expression lines are generally treated with Neuromodulators, such as Botox (Botulinum Toxin Type A) or Dysport. These injections relax the muscles and stop the movement/expressions that cause wrinkles. Botox or Dysport can prevent static lines from becoming deeper by stopping the compression of the skin. However, if such lines are already present, it is best to use a dermal filler.

If Botox or Dysport injections are administered at regular intervals, static wrinkles may improve slightly over time. Neuromodulators can be used in conjunction with dermal fillers to help treat both static and dynamic wrinkles taking a holistic approach to facial rejuvenation.
